2027 ISMC: Building Bridges, Storytelling and Societal Impact

We aim to bring together a vibrant and diverse group of scientists and engineers to engage in collaborative ideation and cross-pollination of perspective to foster innovation and discovery across the globe. We aim to focus special attention on international collaboration opportunities and public engagement to accelerate discovery and impact of soft matter science. We also aim to engage groups underrepresented in the soft matter community including undergraduates, community college students, scientists of color, activists, and artists.
